Yes. All 74+ studies are built natively for Sierra Chart. It's not optional for TradingDen membership — it's the platform our models are built on. If you want institutional-grade precision, Sierra Chart is the platform. You'll need to set it up before installing our studies, and we provide guidance during onboarding.

You're welcome here. Many of our best members started with zero experience. Our community excels at teaching fundamentals — technical analysis, options, futures, trading psychology, and risk management. You won't be left behind for asking beginner questions.

There's no honest answer to this that isn't "it depends." Trading is a skill that takes time to develop regardless of tools. No. When your membership ends, you lose access to everything — studies, models, Discord, and live sessions. All tools are delivered through your active membership and are removed upon cancellation or expiration. This protects the value of the tools for active members and ensures everyone in the community is committed.

Yes. The toolkit is continuously refined and expanded as the team validates new tools in live markets. Active members get immediate access to all new studies and beta tools as they're released. The 74+ count is a floor, not a ceiling.

There are two membership levels. Studies Access ($79/month) gives you the full library of 74+ proprietary Sierra Chart studies via a dedicated chartbook — no Discord, no live sessions, no models. The Club — Monthly ($229), Quarterly ($597), Semi-Annual ($997), and Annual ($1,497) — gives you everything: all studies plus NQ/ES models, full Discord, daily live sessions, beta tools, and backtesting. Club plans differ only by billing cycle and savings. Annual saves 46% vs. monthly. Studies Access members can upgrade to the Club at any time.

Full refund within 14 days of account activation if you're unsatisfied — no questions asked. After the 14-day trial period, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Your trial is your time to evaluate the full platform — studies, models, Discord, live sessions, everything. Use it. If it's not for you, cancel within 14 days and you're fully covered.

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.

No. TradingDen provides tools, research, and community only. We are not financial advisors. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, execution, and results. Our models are analytical frameworks — not trade signals to blindly follow.

Live sessions run Monday through Friday during RTH (9:30AM–4PM ET). Pre-market sessions cover key levels, model context, and daily trade plan. During RTH, the team shares real-time analysis and trade execution. Post-session reviews cover what worked, what didn't, and why.

Very active during market hours. 78+ members with a core group of highly engaged traders sharing analysis, asking questions, and running model reviews. The team is present daily and responsive. Off-hours activity covers research, model development, and general trading discussion.

Not currently as a standard offering. The community model provides hands-on mentorship through daily live sessions, direct feedback in Discord, and post-trade reviews. We may offer formal 1-on-1 coaching for committed members in the future — if that's something you're interested in, reach out to the team.

Our proprietary NQ & ES models generate directional signals based on location, order flow, and structural context — identifying where price has high odds of pushing. But we're not a "copy-paste signal service." You get the models, the logic behind them, and the tools to understand why a signal fires. The goal is to make you a better trader, not a follower.

Primary focus is NQ and ES futures during RTH. The toolkit also has applications for equities, options, and select crypto markets where volume, structure, and liquidity support the approach.

We don't publish a win rate — and here's the honest reason. Without a public, time-stamped trade log, any percentage is unverifiable, and "trust me bro" stats are exactly what TradingDen was built to be the opposite of. A verifiable forward-test is in development and goes on the site the day it has enough data to matter. In the meantime, the real test is watching the method run: sit in on a live session, or take the 14-day trial and browse three months of trade reviews pinned in the Discord. If it works for how you trade, you'll know before day 10. Historical performance is not a guarantee of future results. Actual member results vary based on execution, risk management, and market conditions.

Models are continuously refined by the team and active members through live testing, backtesting analysis, and collective feedback in Discord. Updates are deployed to all active members automatically through Sierra Chart study updates.
