Trading Den offers a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date, with no questions asked. This applies to first-time members only and gives you two weeks to evaluate whether Trading Den is the right fit for your trading community and education needs.
Your 14-day trial period begins on the date you complete your initial membership purchase. To qualify for a refund, you must request it within this 14-day window from your original purchase date.
Example: If you purchase membership on April 12, 2026, your refund window closes on April 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Requests submitted after this date cannot be honored.

Once we receive your request, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
After your 14-day refund window closes, all membership purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exceptions will be issued under any circumstances after the 14-day period has expired.

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to your initial membership purchase. Recurring subscription renewals are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
To avoid being charged for a renewal billing cycle, you must cancel your membership before your next scheduled billing date. You will receive email reminders before each renewal. Once a renewal charge has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund past renewals.
If your Trading Den account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service—including but not limited to redistributing proprietary tools, sharing login credentials, reverse-engineering indicators, or disruptive behavior in our community—no refund will be issued.
This applies regardless of whether the violation occurs within the 14-day refund period.
