By accessing TradingDen.io, viewing its content, or purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, members, and visitors. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue access immediately.
Trading Den offers two membership levels: Studies Access ($79/month) provides access to 74+ proprietary Sierra Chart studies delivered via a dedicated chartbook; Club Membership (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing) provides everything in Studies Access plus proprietary NQ & ES trading models, private Discord community, daily live sessions, beta tools, and backtesting framework. All Club billing tiers provide identical access — only the billing frequency differs. Studies Access members may upgrade to Club membership at any time.
Membership is non-transferable and personal to the purchaser. Access is granted upon successful payment and is revoked immediately upon cancellation, expiration, or account termination. You may not share login credentials or provide access to non-members.
Club Membership Renewal: Club membership renewal is at the discretion of Trading Den. We reserve the right to not renew a Club membership at the end of any billing period if we determine the member is not a good fit for the community. In such cases, the member will not be charged for any subsequent billing period. This policy exists to maintain the quality and integrity of the Club community.
All proprietary studies, indicators, trading models, analysis frameworks, and tools created by or provided through Trading Den are the exclusive intellectual property of Trading Den. These materials are protected by copyright and trade secret laws.
Permitted Use: You may use these materials solely for your own personal trading analysis and education. You may not:
Enforcement: Violation of these intellectual property terms will result in immediate termination of your membership and account, with no refund issued. Trading Den reserves the right to pursue legal action, including damages, for unauthorized use.
Trading Den is an educational and analytical community. We are not a registered investment advisor, commodity trading advisor (CTA), broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing on TradingDen.io constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or an offer to manage accounts.
All analysis, models, and commentary are provided for educational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, including research, due diligence, and risk management. Consult a licensed financial advisor if you need personalized investment guidance.
You acknowledge that futures trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire investment. The NQ (Nasdaq-100 E-mini) and ES (S&P 500 E-mini) contracts are leveraged instruments subject to rapid price movements, margin calls, and forced liquidation.
By purchasing a Trading Den membership, you explicitly assume all trading risks. Trading Den and all associated members, officers, employees, and representatives are not liable for any trading losses, margin calls, account liquidations, or financial harm resulting from use of our analysis, models, or recommendations.
Membership fees are billed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize Trading Den to charge your payment method on the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing matt@tradingden.io. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and your membership access continues through the end of your current billing period. After the billing period expires, your account and access are fully terminated.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in the billing period. Your billing cycle will not be pro-rated upon cancellation.
Trading Den offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase only. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for complete details and refund procedures.
After 14 days, all membership purchases are final. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for chargebacks, account terminations, or cancellations after the trial period.
As a member, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully within the Trading Den community, including our Discord server and live sessions. You agree not to:
Trading Den reserves the right to terminate any account for violations of these conduct standards, with no refund issued. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans from the community.
Trading Den integrates with third-party services including Sierra Chart, Discord, and Stripe. These services have their own terms of service, privacy policies, and usage limits. Trading Den is not responsible for the availability, functionality, accuracy, or policies of these platforms.
If Sierra Chart, Discord, or Stripe cease operations or change their terms in a way that affects Trading Den services, Trading Den cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. You assume all risk related to dependence on these third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Den shall not be liable for:
Your sole and exclusive remedy is refund of membership fees paid in the last 12 months, which shall constitute the maximum liability of Trading Den for any claim. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action (contract, tort, strict liability, etc.).
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia for resolution of any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your membership.
Trading Den may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of TradingDen.io and membership after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must cancel your membership.
